Maslenitsa!

Sunday the 6th of March was the last day of Maslenitsa's week.
As Wikipedia says:
Maslenitsa (Russian: Ма́сленица, Ukrainian: Ма́сляниця, Belarusian: Ма́сьленіца), also known as Butter Week, Pancake week, or Cheesefare Week, is a Russian religious and folk holiday. It is celebrated during the last week before Great Lent — that is, the seventh week before Pascha (Easter). Maslenitsa corresponds to the Western Christian Carnival, except that Orthodox Lent begins on a Monday instead of a Wednesday.
So, at this Sunday we decided to make some pancake.

We (I and my dear friend and godmother of my son Sasha) wanted to please our husbands and everyones taste and make few different filling.

Isn't it looks like sun? Maslenitsa is the begining or Spring!
Some of my etsy's friends also wrote about this holiday. You can read Albina's recipe of pancakes or story about Maslenitsa by Irina BeautyLand or Pancake Week or Maslenitsa by DemyBlackDesign.

The last day of Maslenitsa's week called Proschonnoe Voskresenie. At this day everybody ask for forgiveness from everybody. So, please, forgive me! And happy spring!
